Code of Conduct

WRKS is about freedom, expression, and community, but there’s a line. If you cross it, you’re gone. No second chances.

Respect the space

Whether it’s a bush doof, club, or warehouse, we’re guests on the land. Clean up after yourself. Don’t trash what isn’t yours.

Respect each other

No sexism, racism, homophobia, transphobia, harassment, or creepy behaviour. Don’t touch people without consent. Don’t act like a dickhead. Look out for your mates and others around you.

Respect the sound

We build spaces for music, not ego. Don’t talk over live sets, don’t beg for the AUX, and don’t treat the decks like a toy.

Respect the crew

The people building this don’t get paid enough to deal with drama. Listen to their directions. Don’t make their job harder.
